The Butler Apartments project is a nonprofit residential development that provides quality housing and supportive living spaces for members of the Lansing community.

Next Chapter Construction furnished and installed the complete drywall and acoustical ceiling systems, helping transform the building into a modern, functional living environment. Additionally NCC also provided labor services to complete the wood framing scope and window and exterior door replacement. By self-performing and contracting these critical interior scopes, our team delivered quality craftsmanship, dependable scheduling, and the attention to detail required to support a project with lasting impact on the community.
