The Jiffy Lube facility in Lansing, Michigan is a new construction automotive service center designed with modern finishes and durable building systems to support daily operations. Next Chapter Construction furnished and installed the complete insulation package, non-structural drywall systems, and acoustical ceiling systems throughout the building.

Our team also provided labor-only installation of the exterior Nichiha® architectural wall panel system, helping create the clean, contemporary façade that defines the facility's exterior. By self-performing multiple interior scopes while supporting the exterior cladding installation, we delivered quality craftsmanship and efficient coordination from the building envelope through the finished interior.
