This extensive exterior renovation in St. Johns revitalized the building's appearance while improving its long-term performance and durability. Next Chapter Construction completed a comprehensive exterior scope that included commercial painting, furnishing and installing prefinished James Hardie® fiber cement siding, demolition of the existing brick wainscoting, installation of five new aluminum storefront door and frame systems, and furnishing and installing seven new windows.
By managing multiple phases of the renovation with careful coordination and attention to detail, our team delivered a modernized exterior that significantly enhanced both the building's functionality and curb appeal.
