Provision Living at East Lansing is an 80,530-square-foot, ground-up assisted living community designed to provide a modern, comfortable environment for its residents. Next Chapter Construction played a key role in the project's construction by furnishing and installing the complete non-load-bearing cold-formed metal framing system, including all interior partition walls throughout the facility, as well as the full drywall scope and Acoustical Ceilings.

Our team also provided the labor to install the exterior James Hardie® fiber cement siding, helping complete a durable, attractive building envelope. By self-performing multiple critical scopes, we helped keep the project on schedule while delivering the quality craftsmanship and coordination required for a complex healthcare construction project.
