Tower on the Maumee is a transformative adaptive reuse project converting seven floors of a historic downtown high-rise into modern residential apartments, bringing new life to one of Toledo's landmark buildings. Next Chapter Construction is providing labor-only services for the installation of metal framing, drywall systems, acoustical ceilings (ACT), and finish carpentry throughout the renovation. Our experienced field crews are helping deliver high-quality interior finishes while supporting the project's demanding schedule and craftsmanship expectations.
