Edgewood Village Apartments

The Edgewood Village Renovation was a large-scale occupied multifamily improvement project that modernized apartment homes while allowing residents to remain in the community throughout construction. Next Chapter Construction completed a wide range of renovation scopes, including the demolition and installation of 25 complete kitchens, upgrades to an additional 48 kitchens, installation of nearly 800 interior doors, power washing of all residential buildings, and non-load-bearing metal stud framing and drywall work for ADA conversion units.

By carefully coordinating multiple trades within an active residential environment, our team delivered high-quality craftsmanship while minimizing disruption to residents and helping transform the community into a modern, refreshed living environment.
