The Lux of Saginaw at 2021 Grout Street is a comprehensive multifamily renovation that transformed existing apartment buildings into modern, updated residences. As part of this extensive renovation, buildings were taken back to the studs and completely rebuilt, creating renewed living spaces while modernizing the property's infrastructure and finishes. Next Chapter Construction provided labor-only drywall installation and finishing throughout approximately 24 apartment units, eight residential corridors, and eight laundry and mechanical rooms. Our team delivered high-quality workmanship across every phase of the project, helping transform aging buildings into attractive, contemporary apartment homes while supporting an efficient renovation schedule.
