Eastern Michigan University – Lakeview Residence Hall is a new four-story (136 unit) student housing community designed to provide modern apartment-style living while supporting the university's expanding campus.

Next Chapter Construction completed the drywall, light gauge metal framing, and EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System) scopes, installing high-performance interior wall systems and a durable, architecturally appealing exterior envelope. Through quality craftsmanship and seamless coordination with the project team, we helped deliver a residence hall built for lasting performance, energy efficiency, and an exceptional student experience.
