For the SpringHill Suites in Portage, Next Chapter Construction delivered a comprehensive interior systems package that contributed to both the building's structural performance and finished appearance. Our team installed DensGlass exterior sheathing and completed firestopping and fire caulking throughout the project in coordination with the wood framing contractor.

We also self-performed the acoustical ceiling systems, cold-formed metal framing for custom bulkheads and soffits, and the complete drywall installation. By managing multiple specialty scopes, we helped ensure quality craftsmanship, efficient coordination, and a smooth transition from rough construction through interior finishes.
